Real Estate Manager Finance & Corporate Controlling (m/f/d)

Commercial management of our project and holding companies — focused on financing, corporate controlling and accounting.
In our finance team — together with our project controlling — you take charge of the commercial management of our project and holding companies. Your remit ranges from financing and corporate controlling through to the interface with bookkeeping and tax advisors.
Your tasks
- Prepare financing and bank meetings independently and attend them together with the management
- Produce and maintain financing documentation for banks and financing partners (asset, project and company level)
- Own loan management: terms, drawdown conditions, collateral and covenants, including extensions and refinancing
- Steer the drawdown process across all projects in coordination with project management and banks
- Build up and develop structured holding and corporate controlling
- Prepare business plans, forecasts and budget/actual comparisons per company and derive measures from them
- Monitor and plan shareholder loans, capital accounts, contributions, distributions and cash flows between companies
- Take charge of group-wide liquidity planning and payment transactions
- Act as the central interface to bookkeeping, tax advisors and auditors
- Pre-code incoming invoices, allocate them to cost centres, projects and companies, and safeguard the quality of the accounts
- Support monthly and annual financial statements and implement tax requirements across the companies
- Build business cases and profitability calculations focused on financing, corporate and tax structure
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for management and investors
- Manage contracts, insurance policies, deadlines and corporate documentation on your own responsibility
- As key user, develop our finance and construction software and the commercial processes further
Your profile
- Degree in business administration (e.g. with a focus on real estate, finance or accounting) or training as a real estate agent/manager — ideally with further qualification (e.g. certified real estate specialist, accountant)
- Several years of commercial experience in the real estate industry, ideally in project development or with a portfolio holder
- Knowledge of real estate financing and accounting, ideally across multiple companies
- Confident with Excel; experience with finance or construction software is an advantage
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment in building up structures and processes
- Strong communication skills with banks, tax advisors and internal stakeholders
