Düsseldorf · Vollzeit · as soon as possible · CR-2026-02

Project management for our childcare centres and senior living facilities — from tendering to handover.

We develop and build social infrastructure: childcare centres, senior living and neighbourhoods for several generations. To steer these building projects we are looking for someone who keeps schedule, cost and quality firmly under control — and who represents the client’s interests with conviction.

Your tasks

  • Full project management of building works for childcare centres and senior living facilities
  • Steering and monitoring construction work in terms of quality, cost and schedule
  • Ongoing cost and budget tracking, keeping the construction programme on track
  • Deriving, coordinating and following up on the necessary project measures
  • Representing the client's interests and enforcing contractual claims
  • Coordinating the appointed specialist planners and contractors
  • Liaising with authorities as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and running tenders and awards
  • Thorough review of project contracts, in particular purchase and general contractor agreements
  • Project reports on schedule, cost, quality, risks and decisions required
  • Defects and warranty management, plus lessons learned for future projects
  • Structured reporting and minutes, complete and traceable project documentation
  • Developing our standard project structure plan further — checklists, templates and processes

Your profile

  • Degree in civil engineering, architecture, real estate management, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, project control, site management or client representation
  • Sound understanding of building projects, construction sequences and technical interdependencies
  • Experience in steering specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
  • Confident handling of cost, schedule, quality and contractual requirements
  • Knowledge of tendering, awarding, construction execution and defects management

What we offer

  • A responsible and varied role
  • Exciting construction and real estate projects
  • Short decision paths and flat hierarchies
  • Modern office in Düsseldorf with contemporary working conditions
  • Flexible working hours with room to organise your own day
  • Attractive salary plus additional benefits
  • Corporate benefits
