An St. Marien

On the street An St. Marien in Essen’s Nordviertel, a new building with around 1,940 m² of usable floor space is being created, geared towards communal and supportive forms of living. Two assisted-living shared communities with a total of 24 places and 14 service apartments are planned. The combination of communal living and independent living enables a versatile housing concept for a range of needs.

Characterised by its location between the city centre and the university, the project sits in a diverse, urban setting. The surrounding residential quarters, social facilities and public amenities create a lively environment with short distances and good integration into city life.
