Efficient project development for early-childhood education in Moers.
In the first construction phase, a new five-group day-care centre with around 100 childcare places and a usable floor space of around 880 m² was built on a plot of around 2,000 m² on Kranichstraße in Moers-Hülsdonk. After taking over a previously failed development, the construction project was successfully completed in just 10 months and handed over turnkey to the operator in August 2023.
