Bockenfelder Straße

In Dortmund-Kirchlinde, a new building with around 1,500 m² of usable floor space is being created on Bockenfelder Straße, offering space for education and care. At the heart of the project is a modern day-care centre with 6 groups and space for over 100 children. The concept is complemented by an assisted-living residential group that provides 10 people with a home and individual support. The plot lies in an established residential quarter with good transport links and blends harmoniously into the neighbourhood.
