The building comprises 2 assisted-living residential groups with a total of 24 residents as well as 4 service apartments. The location is in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of Phoenix-See and is well connected to both public transport and the municipal supply network. The project blends harmoniously into its established surroundings and creates modern, needs-based housing for people with differing support requirements.
